The event takes place at Wallingford Station.

Wallingford is located halfway between Oxford and Reading and easily accessible from the M4 and M40 motorways, and is well served public transport by train and bus.

Access via the A4130 Wallingford By-Pass. The roundabout is the first one on the By-Pass heading South / East, and the one after the level crossing heading North / West. Postcode for SatNav OX10 9GQ.

Parking

Please note there will be no parking at Wallingford Station.

Wallingford has a number of car parks located in the town centre.  You can park in the supermarket carpark next door to the station. Please refrain from parking on residential streets.

Please note the following car parks can get busy, especially on Saturdays: St Albans, High Street (supermarket); Goldsmiths Lane; Castle Street; Cattle Market, Wood Street; Thames Street and Riverside.

Disabled Parking

It will be possible to drop off disabled or elderly visitors outside Wallingford Station before finding a parking space, but please contact us first. The public car parks listed above also have some disabled spaces.

Public Transport

Travel by Bus

Oxford to Wallingford – Buses leave from stop H5 in St Aldates, Oxford and pull up in the Market Place, Wallingford.

Reading to Wallingford – Buses leave from opposite Reading train station and pull up in the Market Place, Wallingford.

Travel by Train

GWR run services from Oxford, Reading and London to the nearest local station of Cholsey where you can join the Cholsey & Wallingford Railway from Cholsey Station to Wallingford over the weekend. Please see the Guard on the train for tickets.
